Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

This recipe calls for sour cream which makes this banana bread even more delicious and extra moist!
I made a double batch for 2 loaves. I only had enough sour cream for one loaf, so I substitute Plain Natural Yogurt for the other loaf and it turned out equally delicious.

Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Butter Melted
1 Cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sour cream Or Plain Yogurt
1/2-3/4 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup melted creamy peanut butter
2 medium ripe bananas sliced and mashed a bit

Directions:
-Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
-In one bowl combine the butter and sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla... mix well.
-In another bowl combine the flour, baking soda and salt. Mix evenly. Add flour mixture to the
wet mixture and mix until smooth.
-Next, fold evenly the bananas, sour cream (or yogurt), melted peanut butter and chocolate chips.

Spread into the greased loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes at 350 degrees, or until tooth pick comes out clean. Let cool for 10 minutes before removing or slicing into.

Enjoy!
